The engineering manager is responsible for managing a team that is diverse in experience and nationality, to bring out the best out of the individuals and the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"career-content-padding square-li padding-bottom30 gray-text-color wp-block-list\"><li><p>Management tasks to bring out the best in our engineers and maximize the output from development and research (code review, QA, and customer implementation support as needed)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Assign development, set goals, develop work plans, manage progress, identify and remedy issues<\/p><\/li><li><p>Provide technical support for projects with a high degree of novelty and uncertainty<\/p><\/li><li><p>Work closely with project and product managers to establish and execute development roadmaps<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\" class=\"career-content-padding padding-bottom40 gray-text-color\">The engineering team is expanding to support the increased business opportunities.
