On March 28, 2023, RACHEL, the Human-like AI assistant developed by Cougar and provided to FamilyMart, was introduced in a special program entitled "The Latest Evolving Shopping Technology" on the Nippon Television Network Corporation (NTV) program "ZIP!”.
