Couger members spoke at the "Blockchain & Smart Cities" event hosted by York University, Canada.

On May 8, 2018, The BlockchainHub and Blockchain EXE, a blockchain academic program within York University in Canada, hosted a meetup event "Blockchain & Smart Cities".

Six speakers including our CEO Ishii, Lead Blockchain Engineer Ishiguro, and an ICT professor from York University spoke at the event.

Our CEO Ishii presented "LUDENS," a project that Couger is researching and developing to make space smarter through AI, IoT, AR/VR, and blockchain.

The BlockchainHub, which co-hosted this MeetUp, has an incubation facility at York University in Toronto and was founded with the goal of connecting Canadian entrepreneurs with university research institutions to create new innovations. It also focuses on educational programs, offering programs such as blockchain coding and blockchain UX for Ethereum, NEO, and Hyperledger.
