Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun featured Couger's Virtual Human Agent for ITOCHU and FamilyMart

A feature article on the use of data promoted by ITOCHU Corporation appeared on the front page of the Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun on February 16, 2021. It also introduced the "Virtual Human Agent," a Human-like AI that Couger is providing to FamilyMart, a subsidiary of ITOCHU.

Couger began providing the Virtual Human Agent in September 2020 to support store manager operations, and it is currently being used at 38 FamilyMart stores.

The average daily sales growth rate of stores using the system is 2% higher than that of other stores, and development is underway with the goal of further expanding the use of the system.
