Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun wrote about our partnership with ITOCHU and Family Mart

On April 21, the Nikkei Business Daily's top page included an article about ITOCHU Corporation.
The article described the effects of using Couger's "Virtual Human Agent," a Human-like AI that served as Family Mart's shop manager assistant.

Approximately 40 stores are now using the project, which started in September 2020. Stores using the new system had a 2% better average daily sales growth rate than other stores. “In the future, we would like to introduce the system to all of our stores”, says Hiroshi Nakamoto, general manager of the 8th Company, which is overseeing the development of the system.
